#ane: It's not failing to connect; Windows is able to properly find the device... That's how I learned the device'southward name since it has nothing on the physical device to state what it is.

#2: No, only it could be a driver that doesn't exactly make my reckoner know it is a photographic camera. (It does take the camera icon, so it must retrieve it's some sort of optic device). Perhaps you could notice a better driver... I don't know. All I know is I had to install the driver manually.

#3: No, I take just this one PC. If I borrowed someone else's figurer, I'd have to install the driver again (manually). Windows had an update. I will bank check if the update fixes annihilation this weekend.

Okay... Just disabled the HP Truevision device in my figurer... Going to see what affect this has.

Results:

But disabling my internal microphone in sound settings forced the camera app to utilize my external microphone... So I thought I could do the same with the photographic camera source. It's strange though that the camera app doesn't use your PC's gear up default microphone.

Looking at the camera properties (CIF camera):

Tell me if y'all may need a screenshot of a specific property that is not shown above.

So Windows does think it is a camera equally stated in the device properties... unless somehow this camera is incompatible with Windows ten....?
